Recently completed a winning proposal for a client to provide transportation services to the Corpus Christi International Airport. This was an open tender competition worth $1 million per year for 5 years.  

Working with a new, but growing IT services firm, the McLeod Learning Team worked directly with the CEO to define a diversification strategy and to fully articulate the comprehensive business plan utilizing the strategy.  The company was able to branch out into other markets and customers, reducing risk and increasing revenue.
